| 工作原理及工艺流程 Working Principle and Process Flow 辊式泡罩包装机 Roller blister packer 辊式泡罩包装机工作原理：成型膜经加热装置加热软化，在辊筒式成型模辊上用真空负压吸出泡罩，充填装置将被包装物充填入泡罩内，然后经辊筒式热封合装置，在合适的温度及压力下将单面涂有粘合剂的覆盖膜封合在带泡罩材料表面，并将被包装物密封在泡罩内。再经打字、压印装置打印上批号及压出折断线，最后冲切装置冲切成一定尺寸的产品板块。 Working Principle of Roller Type Bubble Cover Packaging Machine: The forming film is heated and softened by heating device, and the bubbles are sucked out by vacuum negative pressure on the roll type forming die roll.
