吸塑加热器：吸塑加热器主要由弧形热盒、8支远红外管、支承轴和定位器等组成，弧形热盒上端铰装在支承轴上，并可绕轴摆动，工作时靠近吸塑滚模幅射加热料薄膜，不工作时摆离吸塑滚模。远红外管安装在热盒内，为本机构的发热元件，通过电子调压器调节远红外管两极电压来调节发热量，使薄膜获得必要的软化温度，支承轴固定在机身上，用以支承热盒，定位器由弹簧拉杆和挡块组成，分别安装在热盒和机身上，为热盒工作位置定位之用。
