平板式泡罩包装机工作原理：成型膜经平板式加热装置加热软化，在平板式成型装置中利用压缩空气将软化的薄膜吹塑成泡罩，充填装置将被包装物充填入泡罩内，然后送至平板式封合装置，在合适的温度及压力下将覆盖膜与成型膜封合，再经打字压印装置打印上批号及压出折断线，最后冲切装置冲切成规定尺寸的产品板块。
The working principle of flat-plate blister packaging machine: the forming film is heated and softened by flat-plate heating device, and the softened film is blown into a blister by compressed air in flat-plate forming device. The filling device fills the package into the blister, and then sends it to the flat-plate sealing device. Under appropriate temperature and pressure, the covering film is sealed with the forming film, and then printed by typewriting and imprinting device. The batch number and the breaking line are extruded. Finally, the punching device is punched and cut into the product plate of the specified size.
